We are always your first point of contact when something goes wrong, but there are a few things you can do before calling us that will help speed things along:
- Check to see if your website is down- if the website is down give us a call and we will get onto it for you.
- If your website is fine but still no email, and you have more than one email account connected to your website, check to see if the other accounts are working or not.
- At this point you can give us a call. We will look into the problem for you and try to fix it ourselves, or refer the problem to your email provider
